WARM REMINDER: The bottle is more than 1/2 empty because the glue hardens in the absence of air, so filling the bottle completely would cause the glue to start hardening. The bottle is air permeable and allow air to pass through the wall. There is also some air gap over the product inside the bottle to maintain stability of glue. Thus a 50 ml pack of contains 50 ml glue in a much larger bottle.
APPLYING: Applying fill gaps up to 0.25mm with 25-40 mins fixture time. High strength, high viscosity and high temperature resistance. Solidification time (first solidification/full solidification): 20m/24h. Service maximum temperature: 230℃. Shear strength on steel: 3800PSI. Viscosity at 35.0 °C Spindle 3, speed 20 rpm is around 8000 mPa·s.
