Manual application is suitable for smaller loads or occasional use and requires handheld dispensers to ensure even tension and ease of application. For higher volumes or heavier loads, automatic or semi-automatic stretch wrappers are more efficient, providing consistent tension and wrap patterns. The choice depends on the volume of items being wrapped and the labor available.

Choosing the Right Size and Quantity

Consider the dimensions of the items you need to wrap. Standard widths are often sufficient for palletized loads, but custom widths might be necessary for specific applications. The length of the roll determines how many items you can wrap before needing a replacement. For frequent use, bulk purchasing or larger rolls can offer better value, while occasional use might favor smaller, more manageable rolls.
