How to eat dried straw mushrooms? 1. Baked Chicken with Straw Mushrooms Ingredients: 1 chicken, 1 tael each of dried straw mushroom and flower mushroom (about 40 grams), 4 taels of mustard core each (about 160 grams) Method: 1. Wash the chicken, soak the dried straw mushrooms, soak the mushrooms in water, cut off the legs, and wash;
2. Blanch mustard cores until cooked, soak in ice water for a while, then stir-fry for later use; 3. First fry the dried mushrooms and flower mushrooms until fragrant, add two bowls of water to boil, put in the chicken and bake for 20 minutes; 4. Cut the chicken into pieces and place on a plate, surround it with mustard greens, thicken the mushroom juice with oyster sauce, and pour over the chicken noodles.
2. Straw Mushroom and Loofah Soup Ingredients: dried straw mushroom, loofah, tofu, ginger, salt Method: 1. Wash and soak the dried straw mushrooms until soft, cut off the hard parts, and squeeze out the water; 2. Cut the tofu into thin slices and set aside; 3.
