  • WINEMAKING / BREWING: Use it before racking or bottling wine, cider, mead, and hard seltzers to avert re-fermentation in the bottle (stabilizer). Useful when backsweetening. Note that this product will not stop active ongoing fermentation, instead it will shut any re-fermentation after racking or bottling. Use 0.5 - 0.75 g / Gal.
  • COOKING: Use it as a preservative and prolong shelf life of many food recipes. Use it in cheese, dips, yogurt, sour cream, bread, cakes, pies and fillings, baking mixes, doughs, icings, fudges, toppings, beverages, margarine, salads, fermented and acidified vegetables, olives, fruit products, dressings, smoked and salted fish, confections and mayonnaise.
